Welcome to Penfold by Office Choice Online!
The new site conveniently lists every product found in our 2009/10 catalogue, along with prices and images to make internet procurement as easy as possible.
In order to utilise the online ordering panel you will need to first be a Penfold by Office Choice account customer. If you would like to apply for an account please click here.
Account Customers, to commence ordering online simply follow the below steps:
1. Click the 'Online Ordering - Login' icon on the top right of the page.
2. From here you will then be taken to a page asking you to install the Microsoft Silverlight application, please download and install in order to proceed to the login screen - you will only need to install this onto your computer ONCE.
If you find that you are having problems downloading Silverlight via the 'Login' tab, you are able to download it manually by clicking here.
3. Once Silverlight is installed you will be directed to a page asking you to enter your login details (these will be the same login details you have used for the previous site).
Important note regarding customer passwords:
If your previous web password contained less than 6 characters your password will have been modified to meet the new minimum character requirements. These ‘too short’ passwords have been modified by adding the number ‘1’ to the end of the password until the total number of characters equals 6. E.g. if your old password was: bingo, your new password will be; bingo1.
